Dallas Center – Grimes boys and girls soccer was back on the field on Tuesday night when they took on the Tigers of Grinnell, and for both of the DCG teams, they were able to find some great success as both teams came away as winners, the girls 5-0 and the boys 7-0 For both of the teams, they were able to stay undefeated on the season, and continue their strong play.

For the Mustangs they were able to improve their record to 7-0 on the year, while posting their sixth shutout in the process. They were able to tally three goals in the first half and two in the second half as they were able to find great success and post another dominating win.

The boys were able to put in all seven of their goals in the first half as they were able to put some fantastic numbers on both ends of the field. They were also able to keep their undefeated season in tact.

Both teams will have a big non-conference match coming up this Friday, when both teams will be taking on Adel-DeSoto-Minburn. The girls game will be at ADM high school and will be starting at 7:15, and the boys game will be in Grimes and is scheduled to start at 7 o’clock.
