Roland-Story shot 187 on its home course in Story City Monday and easily defeated Greene County, which had 263 strokes. Makenna Carlson shot 40 for medalist honors and Ellie Erickson was runner-up at 45. Both are from R-S. Greene County was led by Alex Miller at 50, followed by Maggie Mikkelson at 61, Kathryn Beman 70, and 82 for Rachel Gordon.

Coach Josh Carlson told Raccoon Valley Radio the Rams shot one stroke better than they did in the season opener. He liked Miller’s consistency and is looking forward to the team lowering its score.
