During this time of year, high school seniors are applying for various scholarships and Raccoon Valley Radio reminds those students about one of those opportunities locally. 

Raccoon Valley Radio’s Business and Broadcasting scholarship awards $250 for those pursuing a career in business or communications at either a two-year community college or a four-year university. 

The deadline to apply is April 15th and a copy of the application can be found at any of Raccoon Valley Radio stations, including KDLS in Perry, KGRA in Jefferson and KKRF in Stuart. 

Applications can also be found on the website at raccoonvalleyradio.com. The winners will be announced at that respective school’s scholarship and award ceremonies.
