The Dallas County Board of Supervisors approved a Child Abuse Prevention proclamation at their regular meeting Tuesday.
The Board approved the Child Abuse proclamation that will see the month of April be Child Abuse Prevention Month. Then the Board approved the ratification of the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office union contract.
Also, the Board approved the secondary roads five-year road construction program and then heard a secondary roads update from Dallas County Engineer Al Miller. The Board then conducted a canvass of the Clive special election and approved the post election audit certificate.
Finally, the Board approved the continuation of the public hearing for 9:30 a.m. on April 19th for the rezoning matter for Kollmorgen which revolves around the potential for building a campground in the County. Finally, the Board approved the IT hardware storage upgrade in the amount of $265,071.86 to replace the storage system for the County from IP Pathways.
