Tomorrow will feature an opportunity for people to bid on a variety of pies with the Perry Chamber of Commerce. 

The Chamber will be hosting the Radio Pie Auction from 8-9 a.m. tomorrow at Raccoon Valley Radio in Perry. Those who want to participate can tune in on 99.7FM and 1310AM KDLS or the livestream on Facebook. Chamber Director Lynsi Pasutti talks about the event. 

“That will be a chance to have some bids go out on 15 different pies and anyone can call in to place a bid and it’ll all be on the radio live so people can see where the progress is and again all of that goes towards the fireworks.”

Pasutti tells Raccoon Valley Radio with the Facebook livestream people will get an inside look at what is going on inside the studio. 

“Even more fun, we are going to have a pie cam that is showing what pie is up for auction at that time. So, some really great pies in the mix this year. A lot of regular annual favorites and so it should be a good turnout for the bids. Not all of them are desserts but they are all either pies or cakes or sweets of some kind.”
