The Perry Chamber of Commerce is continuing on with the Big Boom Bracket Battle, and now it’s down to eight contestants. 

The Sweet-as-Pie 16 officially wrapped up with the Big Boom Bracket Battle after raising $1,565 toward the $12,500 goal for the fireworks drive for Fourth of July Celebration in Perry. Now in the Explosive Eight round donations will be accepted until Tuesday, March 22nd. 

Donations can be made online here or they can be made in-person at Ben’s Five and Dime and the McCreary Center. Donations can also be mailed to the Perry Chamber of Commerce or delivered. 

The competition is continuing on to decide who will be the winner and receive a pie in the face at the end of the competition.
