A single vehicle crash caused damages to a business in Stuart Wednesday morning.
According to the Stuart Police Department, they responded at 10:57am to a vehicle that crashed into the Dollar General. The Stuart Police Department reported that the driver was attempting to stop and pressed down on the accelerator. Police Chief David Reha tells Raccoon Valley Radio the vehicle caused interior and exterior damage to the business and there were no injuries involved. According to Dollar General, they will be closed until further notice while damages are repaired.
