Aloys Rugazura, age 25, 4509 86th St, Urbandale, was arrested on a warrant on Failure To Appear.

Malinda Ragsdale, Van Meter, was traveling east in the 25000 block of 347th St, when she lost control and entered the ditch.  The vehicle rolled and came to rest against a tree.  Ms. Ragsdale was transported to a Des Moines Hospital for evaluation of injuries.  Damage was estimated at $8000 and was towed from the scene.  Ms. Ragsdale was cited for Failure To Maintain Control and No Valid Driver’s License.

Ana Cardoso Vidal, Marshalltown, was driving in the 28000 block of Hwy 6 when she hit a deer. Damage was estimated at $5000 and the vehicle had to be towed from the scene.  No injuries were reported.
