Just a couple more days to sign up for the youth baseball or softball league in Guthrie Center.

Guthrie Center Parks and Recreation is hosting baseball or softball league from second grade to seventh grade with practices beginning in April. There will be two different divisions: coach pitch for second and third grader and player pitcher from fourth grade through seventh graders.

Games will be in the middle of May. Guthrie Center Parks and Recreation encourages parents to volunteer as coaches. Registration must be in by March 11th with a  fee of $25 and that covers umpires and equipment. For more information on how to register the  Guthrie Center Elementary School .
