A Perry business is a recipient of a new state grant. 

The Iowa Economic Development Authority announced $22 million in Manufacturing 4.0 grant funding. Of this funding $1.9 million was awarded in Technology Investment grants and Percival Scientific in Perry was awarded $50,000, which was provided through American Rescue Plan Act. 

There were 37 companies who received the Technology Investment grants and the funding is geared toward companies with 3-75 employees and is used for projects that encompass the adoption and integration of smart technologies.
