The Greene County Medical Center has announced its new Chief Financial Officer.

Mark Wall previously served as the Clinic Director for MercyOne Waterloo, as he led three urgent care locations, along with occupational medicine and pediatric clinics. Before becoming the Clinic Director, Wall also served as the Clinic Controller at Wheaton Fraciscan Healthcare in Waterloo. In that position, Wall was responsible for the annual budget, managed payroll and oversaw all finances for the clinic. He has over 17 years of healthcare financial experience.

Wall has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Central College in Pella, along with a master’s degree in business administration with a finance concentration from the University of Iowa. The Rock Rapids, Iowa native began his career as a senior financial analyst for Kraft Foods in Madison, Wisconsin.

Wall will take over as the new Greene County Medical Center CFO on February 28th.
