February 15; Received a report of theft in the 300 block of Pattee. Case under investigation,

Arrest: Todd Allen Little, age 27, 1423 6th St., Perry was taken into custody and charged with driving under suspension. 

February 16: Accident: Unit 1 white 1997 Ford Explorer registered to and driven by Zachary Allen Waters-Rice, 305 S Grimmell Road, Jefferson. Unit 2 legally parked 2004 Chevy Monte Carlo, registered to Sara Jo White, 1620 6th St., Perry. Unit 2 was parking facing north on the east side of the road in the 1600 block of 6th Street. Unit 1 started to drive and struck unit 2 in the rear drivers side with the front passenger side of unit 1. Total estimated damage was $4,500. Driver of unit 1 was cited for striking a parked vehicle.
