The Greene County Cattlemen’s Association has announced its annual banquet and trophy auction.

The fundraiser will take place on February 26th at Clover Hall on the Greene County Fairgrounds. The event will begin with a social hour at 6pm, followed by a ribeye steak dinner at 6:30 and the live trophy auction will wrap up the evening. Proceeds from the trophy auction goes toward local projects and organizations in Greene County, including a number of 4-H and youth activities, as well as beef promotions and a scholarship program for graduating Greene County seniors. Last year, the annual fundraiser brought in $22,800 with 47 items. 

Tickets are $25 and can be purchased either from a Greene County Cattleman or at the door. Any 2021 donors will receive a free entry.
