Multiple public safety agencies responded to a call for a crash in Dallas County this past Monday evening. 

According to the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office, 40-year-old Brooke Venteicher was arrested and charged with operating while under the influence and child endangerment after an incident occurred at approximately 7 p.m. February 7th at Highway 141 and O Avenue. 

According to the Sheriff’s Office, it was reported that Venteicher was traveling the wrong way which resulted in a crash. Dallas County Deputies performed field sobriety testing on Venteicher and determined she was intoxicated and she was arrested.

The Iowa State Patrol and Perry Police and Fire Departments also responded to the call and only minor injuries were reported.
