Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Tigers boys and girls basketball will be on the court tonight when they take on the Carroll Tigers in Adel, with both teams to wrap up Raccoon River Conference play. On the boys side, Carroll is 10-8 on the season and ADM is 9-9. On the girls side, ADM walks in with a 10-11 record and Carroll comes in at 9-10.
The ADM boys fell in the first contest between the two teams up in Carroll 64-53. Carroll has won ten straight games between the two teams in the series, with ADMs last win coming in 2016.
On the girls side, ADM was able to grab the win on the road between the two teams back in January 49-41. The Tigers relied on two seniors Claire Greenslade and Olivia Tollari in the scoring column at 18 and 16, and both will be looking for similar performances tonight.
It will also be senior night for both of the Tigers teams with the presentation expected to take place between the boys and the girls games. The girls have six seniors on their roster and the boys have two.
For the girls they will be tipping off at 6 o’clock with the boys to follow. You can listen to the game on True Country K1079, the KKRF app, and raccoonvalleyradio.com. Pregame coverage will begin at 5:45.
