The Adel City Council will consider approving an agreement with Granicus for agenda management software services at their regular meeting tonight. 

Also, the Council will consider approving the 2022-23 total maximum property tax dollars, budget and finance committee recommendation to use the American Rescue Plan Act funds to replace two fire trucks and amendments to agreements with McClure Engineering for the Adel 2022 pavement resurfacing project and Rapids Street reconstruction project. 

The Council will also consider setting a time and date for a meeting on the authorization of a loan agreement and the issuance of not to exceed $2,250,000 general obligation capital loan notes and setting a time and date for public hearing on the fiscal year 2022-2023 budget. 

Additionally, the Council will consider approving a change order and two pay estimates for the Adel water system improvements high zone water main and then the acceptance of the high zone water main project and a final plat of Eagle Vista plat 2. 

Finally, the Council will consider approving plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost and then awarding a contract for the Eagle Vista Drive pavement rehabilitation, setting a public hearing for the rezoning of a parcel and discuss a potential sanitary sewer lift station and force main project for Bear Estates.
