
AC/GC loses to Panorama in both girls and boys basketball on Friday.
The Lady Chargers lose in a large margin 21-64 to the sixth ranked in the state Lady Panthers and move to 9-7 on the season. The lead scorers for the Chargers were Saige O’Brien with six points and Taylor Carlson with five points.
AC/GC boys basketball found themselves down 15 points in the fourth quarter at one point but with a couple of steals and three pointers from Brock Littler and Jedd Weinkoetz put them within three. The Panthers were able to answer with some made free throws and come away with a road victory over the Chargers 65-57. The top scorers were Miles Kading with 22 and Ben Marsh and Brock Littler with 12 points. AC/GC drops a four game winning streak to a record of 11-4.
AC/GC will travel to Southwest Valley for their next game on Monday.
