Mary J. Barnett Memorial Library members can now enjoy another perk of signing up for the Adventure Pass.
The Iowa Adventure Pass allows library card holders to visit places like the Blank Park Zoo, Science Center of Iowa and now they are adding the Brenton Skating Plaza for free. Library Assistant Director Sue Hjelle tells Raccoon Valley Radio that this is a good way for members of the library to have fun.
“You know, the cost of these different places may be prohibitive for some families, and so we feel this is an excellent opportunity for families to enjoy things that we have here in Iowa and around Guthrie County.
The Adventure Pass is good for two adults and two children. Cardholders can reserve a pass to each venue once a year. For more information and registration go to Raccoon Valley Radio.com.
