Two Grand Junction suspects were arrested by the Greene County Sheriff’s office following yesterday’s search warrant.
Sheriff Steve Haupert says at 10:14am Monday morning, five deputies executed a search warrant at 808 11th Street North in Grand Junction. He states that following the search, the deputies arrested 33 year-olds Richard Allen Frye and Nicole Marie Frye with felony charges.
Richard is accused and charged with a Class B Felony for distribution of a controlled substance to a person under 18 and an aggravated misdemeanor for child endangerment. Nicole is accused and charged with a Class B Felony for aiding and abetting distribution to a person under 18 and an aggravated misdemeanor for child endangerment, aiding and abetting.
The two were booked into the Greene County Jail and will be both released today on other own recognizance and will appear before the magistrate later this month.
According to Iowa Courts Online, Richard Frye was previous convicted of a Class D Felony for third-degree burglary for an incident in October of 2013 and is serving a three year probation sentence. He also has several small claims court cases. Nicole also has several small claims court cases and traffic violations.
