Perry City Administrator Butch Niebuhr says there’s an on-going investigation with the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation, the Dallas County Attorney’s Office and the City into allegations involving an incident with former police officer Rick Kuhn.

Niebuhr tells Raccoon Valley Radio that Kuhn is no longer with the department after 18 years of service.  He states that anytime there’s incident involving the City’s police department, that it is handled by the Dallas County Attorney’s Office.

As far as the investigation itself, Niebuhr says he can’t comment on anything else because it is a staff situation.
