Wednesday, December 29th

2:54am: A deputy investigated a single vehicle rollover accident on W Avenue and 230th Street. Christopher Cerwick 58 of Fort Dodge was operating a 2020 Mack Semi pulling a load of hogs. The trailer tires fell into the ditch pulling the entire truck and trailer over onto its side. The estimated damage to the Mack semi was around 50,000 dollars and the estimated damage to the trailer was around 25,000 dollars. The driver was not injured.

1:46pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on D Avenue near 110th Street.

2:59pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 1700 block of 340th Street.

4:25pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on 320th Street and Quaker Avenue.

4:25pm: A deputy investigated an alarm in the 300 block of Main Street, Rippey.

6:18pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 200 block of Anyer Street, Dana.

6:37pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on N Avenue near 190th Street.

8:34pm: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 1800 block of 195th Street.

9:08pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on 240th Street near K Avenue.

9:44pm: A deputy investigated an odor of smoke near 19th Street and Railroad Street, Grand Junction.

10:14pm: A deputy assisted with cattle out in the 800 block of I Avenue.

Thursday, December 30th

12:41pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near E Avenue.

2:07pm: A deputy arrested Megan Tingwald 47 of Ankeny for a violation of probation.

2:15pm: The Sheriff and deputies conducted a search warrant at 1004 East Railroad Street, Grand Junction for stolen property. Drug paraphernalia and suspected methamphetamines were seized.

3:47pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on Neola Avenue near 270th Street.

6:44pm: Megan Tingwald 47 of Ankeny was booked into the jail for a violation of probation.

7:00pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 800 block of Percival Street, Grand Junction.

7:53pm: A deputy arrested Deividas Guinan 30 of Des Moines for a failure to appear arrest warrant.

8:44pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 100 block of North Street, Dana.

10:50pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with the arrest of John Roberts 23 of Jefferson for disorderly conduct in the 900 block of West State Street, Jefferson.

Friday, December 31st

12:37am: Deividas Guinan 30 of Des Moines was booked into the jail for failure to appear.

2:16am: John Roberts 23 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for disorderly conduct.

4:49am: A deputy investigated an abandoned 911 call in the 200 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
