A local opera house is having an open to the public celebration for New Year’s Eve. 

The Warren Cultural Center is having a celebration that will include live music from a band from central Iowa called “Exit 113” who plays a variety of 50s and 60s music. Additionally, the celebration will have free appetizers and a cash bar with a toast at midnight.
