With the Christmas holiday officially behind us, people may be wondering what to do with their Christmas trees. 

For Perry residents, Christmas trees and evergreen garlands or wreaths will be picked up from residential areas on January 5th and 12th. Trees should have the decorations removed and should not be placed in disposal bags. Trees and greenery should be placed on the curb by 7 a.m. for pickup. 

Adel residents can have their Christmas trees removed on January 4th as well as the 11th. Residents should have their trees on the curb before 7 a.m. for pickup with all of the decorations removed.
