For Adel-DeSoto-Minburn girls basketball, they have an off portion of their schedule this week as they will be on the practice floor working out things on both the offensive and defensive sides of the basketball. The Tigers are currently 4-6 on the year, but are on a two game winning streak with victories over Boone and Perry going into the holiday break.

After averaging less than 40 points per game through their first eight games, the Tigers were able to put up 67 and 59 points in their victories, as they were able to find quality shots and make those shots as well.

The Tigers will continue to work on things throughout the week which include limiting turnovers at 17.9 a game, and trying to get higher team field goal percentages as well with the group only shooting at a 33% clip.

Tiger hoops will be having their next game next Tuesday when they take on Carlisle on the road, as they will be hoping to continue to find the win column into the new year.
