If you would like to learn more about working from home there is one day left to register for an upcoming course. 

Dallas County Extension is offering a Remote Work Certificate Course that can help participants gain the tools and skills needed to switch from on-site working to a virtual career or freelancing. 

The cost for the program is $249 and those wanting to register for the course that will run from January 4th-28th will need to register for the program by tomorrow at 1 p.m.. The workshops run from 2-3 p.m. or 7-8 p.m. 

Those attending will need internet access, a web camera and microphone, and basic computer proficiency. The course takes roughly 30 hours to complete or six to eight hours per week. The course consists of nine self-paced modules and four workshops.
