After the November city/school elections, the Perry Community School District welcomed two new school board members.
Superintendent Clark Wicks says the outgoing Board members include Kyle Baxter, who served for eight years and Casey Baldwin who had four years of service.
“We are very fortunate here in Perry because all four of these folks, either the outgoing board members or those coming in, they have that Perry Pride and that commitment to Perry Schools as well as the community of Perry which is always the foundation that you want to have in a board member.”
During the most recent city/school elections the two new members that were voted onto the Perry School Board were Travis Landgrebe and Eddie Diaz who were sworn in during the most recent meeting on December 13th.
