A reminder that with the Christmas holiday here, several offices and businesses will be closed in Jefferson.

The Greene County ISU Extension Office, Jefferson City Hall, Greene County Courthouse, and Greene County Community Center are closed today.  The Jefferson Public Library is closed today and tomorrow in observance of the Christmas holiday. The Jefferson Post Office will only be closed on Saturday.

Library staff reminds patrons that nothing is due to the library when it is closed for a holiday.
