A Colorado man has been sentenced to prison following multiple sexual abuse charges earlier this year in Perry.

According to court documents, 48-year-old Timothy Earl Kilmer was found guilty by court and sentenced to 25 years in prison for a Class B Felony of second degree sexual abuse and 10 years in prison for a Class C Felony for third degree sexual abuse. All other charges were dismissed, including a three Class C Felonies for third degree sexual abuse and a Class B Felony for second degree sexual abuse. 

Court documents show the offense dates range between May 8th, 2004 and February 1st, 2014. Six criminal complaints were filed with the Perry Police Department on August 20, 2021 and he was arrested. Kilmer was a former Perry resident who moved to Colorado.
