The Iowa Department of Natural Resources recently announced the availability to purchase 2022 outdoor licenses.
Iowans can now purchase a resident hunting, fishing and habitat combo licenses open for 2022. There are several options, including the Outdoor Combo that has hunting, fishing and habitat combo for $55. The Angler’s Special which is a three year fishing license for $62 and the Hunter’s Special which is a three-year hunting license with habitat included for $101.
Also available is a bonus fishing line option for $14 which a fisher can then have three lines at one time. Hunters who purchase a 2022 license and plan to pursue migratory game birds will have to register for the Harvest Information Program.
Across the State there are 700 locations to purchase licenses or at the DNR website listed below. You can also purchase licenses through your county recorder’s office.
