For the Panorama Panthers girls and boys basketball teams their seasons continued Tuesday night when they took on the Interstate 35 Roadrunners at home.

The Panorama Panthers girls basketball team went into Tuesday night’s game against the Roadrunners looking to improve their unbeaten streak and came away with a 61-19 victory to improve their record to 6-0 on the season.

For the Panthers girls they turned in another impressive performance Tuesday night continuing to score more than 50 points in each game this season and holding their opponents under 30. The halftime score of Tuesday’s game was 41-12 and the Panthers girls put up an additional 20 points in the second half.

For the Panorama Panthers boys basketball team Tuesday night saw them win their third game in a row over the Roadrunners by a score of 56-55. The Panthers boys were down 55-54 in the fourth quarter and junior Braedon Draper drove the lane and had his shot blocked with six seconds left in the game but sophomore Braylon Dawes collected the offensive rebound and scored the go ahead bucket but the last shot attempt wouldn’t fall for the visiting Roadrunners. The Panthers boys improved to 3-3 on the season.

For the Panorama Panthers girls and boys basketball teams their seasons will continue on Friday with another Guthrie County rivalry game as they will take on the AC/GC Chargers this Friday with the girls beginning at 6 p.m. and boys set to tip their game off at 7:30 p.m. at home in Panora.
