12:32pm: Jennie Olson requested a Welfare Check on a subject in the 400 Block of North Chestnut Street. The officer made contact with the subject, who appeared to be fine.

2:18pm: A Traffic Stop in the 700 Block of North Elm Street resulted in Austin Blass of Guthrie Center being cited for, “Fail to Provide Proof of Financial Liability.”

2:38pm: Paula Clingan reported a package had been delivered to a vacant residence in the 500 Block of West Lincoln Way Street. The officer contacted the resident whom the package was addressed to and advised them to pick it up at the drop address.

3:30pm: A Traffic Stop in the 500 Block of West Central Ave. resulted in Troy Wahl of Jefferson being cited for, “Excessive Speed.”

3:56pm: Lois Custer reported a stalled truck on the overpass on North Elm Street. The vehicle was not present when the officer arrived in the area.

6:02pm: Angela Dudley requested Extra Patrol overnight in the 500 Block of South Olive Street.

7:56pm: Noah Bowen reported a delivered package was missing from 307 West Lincoln Way Street.

10:14pm: A Traffic Stop at Elm and Head Streets resulted in Taylor Kraus of Bagley being cited for, “Fail to Provide Proof of Financial Liability.”

10:42pm: A Traffic Stop at Elm and Clark Streets resulted in Zachaery Waters-Rice of Humboldt being cited for, “Fail to Provide Proof of Financial Liability.”
