A Perry teacher was arrested after incidents that occurred last month and involved Perry Community School district students. 

Authorities confirm to Raccoon Valley Radio, Tina Fay Kramer, 46, was arrested and charged with misdemeanors for second degree harassment and third degree harassment following an investigation by the Perry Police Department. 

According to criminal complaints, on November 22nd the officers were made aware of inappropriate text messages between Kramer and some Perry students.  

Then on November 29th while the investigation was taking place Kramer allegedly went to the victim’s residence and knocked on the door and still photos and video footage were gathered from the residence’s Ring Doorbell Camera. 

Superintendent Clark Wicks says Kramer is a family consumer science teacher with the school district and is currently on administrative leave. Wicks says the school district is working with law enforcement on this matter.
