Michael Eddinger of Linden was traveling in the 20000 block of 280th St when his vehicle went off the road and hit the slush and snow on the shoulder causing him to go into the ditch hitting a tree. A passenger was taken to Mercy Hospital by the Dallas County Ambulance. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $8000.00.
