The Dallas County Board of Supervisors approved a pay application for the Carriage House Restoration Project at their regular meeting Tuesday.
Also, the Board held the second tier canvass of votes for the recent city/school election with no changes to the results.
Next, the Board heard a presentation from Iowa Confluence Water Trails on potential water access improvements in Dallas County. They also heard a secondary roads update, discussed reprecincting for voting locations in Dallas County and discussed future county and court space needs.
The Board also held a human resources workshop where the vaccine mandate was discussed and how Dallas County would potentially handle the mandate if the recent federal court stay fails and the vaccine mandate is implemented for all organizations with more than 100 employees, which would apply to Dallas County staff.
