The Perry City Council will consider approving a development agreement with the Greater Dallas County Development Alliance at their regular meeting Monday. 

Also, the Council will consider approving a pay application for the wastewater treatment facility improvements, certifying TIF debt to the county auditor, annual urban renewal report for 2021, fiscal year 2021 annual report and amending the code of ordinance relating to zoning regulations. 

Finally, the Council will consider approving the fiscal year 2021 Iowa Department of Transportation street finance report, a professional service agreement with Bolton and Menk for the Wiese Park improvements and set a public hearing on proposed reprecincting boundaries.
