Monday, November 1st
8:47am: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street and R Avenue.
9:00am: Nyadhuor Dena 23 of California was booked into the jail for failure to affix drug tax stamp and a controlled substance violation.
10:39am: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 1600 block of Meadow Lane.
11:00am: A deputy and Jefferson Fire responded to a grain bin fire on K Avenue near 330th Street.
2:38pm: Joshua Solano 27 of Perry was booked into the jail for possession of a controlled substance of methamphetamine 1st offense.
4:47pm: A deputy investigated criminal mischief to the Angus Cemetery.
5:41pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle on 240th Street and Quint Avenue.
6:40pm: Robert Guzman 26 of Carter Lake was booked into the jail for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance 2nd offense.
Tuesday, November 2nd
3:48am: A deputy attempted to stop a stolen vehicle on 110th Street near O Avenue. The vehicle stopped and waited till the deputy identified them and then fled. Arrest warrants have been requested. The vehicle was stolen out of Polk County.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all
defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
