A Guthrie County town is doing Halloween a little bit differently this year.

The city of Bagley is having their second annual “Spooky Halloween Parade,” but this is a different type of parade. Residents will decorate their vehicles or golf carts and drive around to households and hand out candy.

Bagley Mayor Ruth Riley says that this idea was presented last year to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. She says they are looking for donations in candy. The parade will be from 5pm to 7pm tomorrow and the parade will travel every street in town.
