Officers received a report of criminal mischief in the 1200 block of 181h Street.
Received a report of theft in the 1500 block of 18th Street. Estimated loss $500.
Report of damage to a vehicle in the 1600 block of 4th St. Appears the vehicle was struck while
parked in the street. Under investigation.
October 26:
Arrest: Mark Edward Dugan, age 42, 1819 6th St., Perry was arrested on a Webster County
warrant for Webster County for voluntary absence from custody, multiple traffic offenses, and
eluding.
Officers responded to the 1700 block of Warford on a report of criminal mischief. Damage to
the driveway. Under investigation.
Arrest: a 12 years of age female from Perry was taken into custody In the 1800 block of Willis
Ave and charged with assault simple, and interference with official acts.
October 27:
Arrest: Jerry Lavern Miller, age 68, 822 Wiliams, Perry was taken Into custody and charged with
Domestic Abuse Assault 3’d or subsequent offense.
Officers responded to the 3300 block of McKinley on a report of a domestic situation. Verbal
dispute only.
