Elizabeth Fisher, Waukee, experienced a medical emergency while driving on I80 and her vehicle entered the median, colliding with the cable barriers.  She was transported by EMS to the hospital for further evaluation. Damage was estimated at $1500 to Ms. Fisher’s vehicle and damage to the cable barrier was estimated at $300.
