Jade Swailes, West Des Moines, was driving north in the 31000 block of Hwy 169, when she struck a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $10000.  The vehicle had to be towed from the scene.

Randy Johnson, age 28, 318 E 9th St, Carroll, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.
