The Guthrie City Council met Monday. 

The Council approved 4 to 1 for Winkleblack and Ludwig to meet the minimum housing requirements by January 1, 2022. Council member Fidel Hernandez was the lone no vote due to the timeline of fixtures being affected by winter. The Council also approved accepting the federal American Rescue Plan funds for $111,320.

The Council tabled the workers compensation classification for further consideration of agents.
