Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers volleyball was looking to put together a neat volleyball performance in Class 4A District 2 action on Tuesday night, and they were able to do so against the Creston Panthers winning three sets to none 25-11, 25-17, and 25-13. The Tigers move to 16-11 on the season and Creston ends their season at 6-15.
The Tigers were able to get out to a quick start as they were able to get some big results from their top tier players, with sophomore Marissa Gerlemen putting up an impressive 14 kills on the night, sophomore Madison Siefken putting up 28 assists, and freshmen Madi James able to put up 16 digs on the night.
Tiger volleyball was able to put up 38 team kills on the night and 51 team digs, as they were sharp on both ends of the court and able to advance to the next round.
ADM moves to semifinal action tomorrow when they take on the Bondurant-Farrar Bluejays, who they beat earlier on the season. The road game will begin at 7 o’clock.
