The Bell Tower Festival is having its 35th anniversary celebration and plans are already underway.

Greene County Chamber Director Chris Henning says they already have high school class reunions making various plans for the June 13th and 14th celebration from the classes of 1964, ‘74, ‘84, ‘94 and 2004.

However, in order to make this year’s Bell Tower Festival a success, she is requesting volunteer help.  Henning describes some of the areas that need volunteers and people to chair the different committees.

“So help with the parade, help with the barbeque, help with plaza entertainment, help with (the) art show or some way of connecting in the creative, whether its art of photography or whatever.  And publicity of course is always a big one.”

She also welcomes any ideas that you might have to put on as an event.
