CAM (Anita) was a winner over Paton-Churdan in Churdan on Tuesday night. The Cougars took the Rolling Valley Activities Conference match in three sets by scores of  16-25, 13-25, 7-25.

P-C coach Makayla Spaar reports Emma Stream led the Rockets with five kills and Paige Teeples had two ace serves. “Tonight, we played a good team, and even though our score does not show it, the girls worked very hard and put up a lot of volleys tonight against them,” the coach said.

The Rockets fall to 1-3 on the season and 0-3 in the conference, while CAM improves to 8-6 on the year. Next up for P-C is another home match, this time with Exira-Elk Horn-Kimballton tomorrow night in Churdan.
