A Celebration of Life service for William “Bill” Smith, 70, of Grand Junction will be held on Friday at 3 pm at the Carson-Stapp Funeral Home in Ogden. Burial will be at the Glenwood Cemetery in Ogden with Military Graveside rites by the Boone Veterans Council. Visitation will be Friday from 1 pm until the time of the service at the funeral home.
