The Jefferson City Council will meet tonight.

The Council will consider approving a resolution for a housing revenue loan agreement with Region XII Council of Governments and setting a public hearing on a housing special pledge for the program.

The Council also also consider the third and final reading to change an ordinance about delinquent water accounts, waiving a building permit of $56,475 for the proposed $22.5 million expansion project for Greene County Medical Center, hiring a water service operator and purchasing a vehicle for the police department.

The Council is expected to set a public hearing date for the adoption of the 2014-15 budget and they will end their meeting in a formal budget workshop.

The meeting will be at 5:30pm at the City Hall Council Chambers in Jefferson.
