A Jefferson woman was recently sentenced to probation from a sex act against a minor.

According to court documents, 21-year-old Victoria Gordon pled guilty to a Class C Felony for sexual exploitation of a minor – cause to engage in act. She had a ten year prison sentence suspended and was placed on probation for five years. 

The charge stemmed from an investigation by the Jefferson Police Department, where videos and photos were posted on social media with Gordon engaged in a sex act with a minor.

As per the plea agreement, Gordon had all other charges, including felonies for sexual abuse, lasvicious acts with a child, and child endangerment were dismissed. She was also ordered to pay over $1,500 in fines, surcharges and court costs. Gordon will also be on the sex offender’s registry.
