ADM and Woodward-Granger both advanced wrestlers from the Feb. 8 Alleman sectional at North Polk High School to the Feb. 15 district tournament at ADM High School in Adel. Grinnell won the team title with 231 points, followed by Saydel (Des Moines) at 214, Bondurant-Farrar 166.5, ADM 147.5, North Polk 127, and W-G 122.

ADM had one champion and four second place finishers on Saturday for a total of five district qualifiers. Winning a sectional title for ADM was Nathan Heath at 285 lbs. Finishing second were Trevor Harsh (132),  Zach Johnston (152), Darold Baker (182), and Hunter Gibson (195).

W-G had two district qualifiers. Colton Milosevich placed first at 120 lbs. and Race Brant was second at 145.
