The total number of positive COVID-19 tests have increased in the Raccoon Valley Radio-listening area.

According to the State Coronavirus Dashboard, as of Monday, Dallas County has 13,744 total positive tests, for an increase of 210 cases since August 31st, and 102 deaths. Guthrie County has seen an increase of 50 cases since August 31st with 1,417 total positive tests, and 32 deaths. Adair County has 1,061 total positive tests, for an increase of 10 cases since August 31st, and 32 deaths. Greene County has 941 total positive tests, for an increase of 26 cases and 11 deaths.

As of Monday, statewide, there are 441,889 total positive tests, and 6,307 deaths for an increase of 39 deaths since August 31st.

Additionally, in Region 1 of the Regional Medical Coordination Centers hospital data – which includes all of the Raccoon Valley Radio listening area – there are currently 163 hospitalized patients,40 in intensive care units and 31 admitted in the last 24 hours.
