A Jefferson woman was recently sentenced to probation from a sex act against a minor.
According to court documents, 21-year-old Victoria Gordon had a ten year prison sentence suspended and was placed on probation for five years for a Class C Felony for sexual exploitation of a minor – cause to engage in act charge.
The charge stemmed from an investigation by the Jefferson Police Department, where videos and photos were posted on social media with Gordon engaged in a sex act with a minor.
Additionally, Gordon had all other charges, including felonies for sexual abuse, lascivious acts with a child, and child endangerment were dismissed. She was also ordered to pay over $1,500 in fines, surcharges and court costs. Gordon will also be on the sex offender’s registry.
